Weichel Dental is located in Tualatin, in the Seneca Plaza, just off of Martinazzi, between SW Nyberg and SW Boones Ferry. We are directly across the street from the Tualatin Library and our office shares a parking lot with G-Man Brewery and Castle Rock Property Management.

For New Patients
Before your visit, please have any current x-rays emailed to our office at records@weicheldental.com. You should also download, print, and complete the NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION form and the NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES form (see this page). Be sure to bring your government issued I.D. and dental insurance card, if you have one.
